Counselors: To register and create a Counselor Profile, you must first join as a User. Then complete the Counselor Application. After filling out the application, please mail, fax, hand deliver, or email copies of your license and/or certification to our office. The TBA will review your application and you will be emailed regarding its approval. Each year, a copy of your renewed license/certification is due to our office no later than the date of expiration. If we do not receive your information by these deadlines, your profile will be removed from the database.
